BETWEEN BREXIT AND BIAEXIT-BRITAIN LET BIAFRA GO
With the landslide victory of Boris Johnson in the just concluded British election, by January 31, 2020, Britain will cease to be a member of the European Union. In the context of this article, Brexit is an abbreviation for ” British exit”. This refers to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union through a referendum in 2016. On the other hand, Biaexit is what I term as ”Biafra exit”. This refers to the ongoing agitation by Biafra to separate from Nigeria through a referendum.
What Similarities Does The Two Hold
The two belong to a union and a union is like a marriage. Britain was married to the European Union for 46 years. Biafra has been married to Nigeria for 105 years. How were these union and marriage contracted? Britain unilaterally and voluntarily married and joined the European Union in 1973. While Biafra was forcefully, against its own will married and forced to join Nigeria through amalgamation, fake marriage and union forced and imposed on her in 1914 by the British. Now, the question is;
Why Did The British Decide To Leave The European Union
“No condition is permanent” As in any type of marriage both in common law and holy matrimony, there is room for divorce and separation when the relationship is no more sweet and plausible. The reason remains above all, as free humans, they want to be masters of their own destiny. They want to control their own resources, borders, and trade as is most suitable and favorable to them. Britain demanded to leave the European Union and it was granted to them peacefully through a referendum, without war and any bloodshed.
Ironically, the same British who as the chief priest, ordained and masterminded the inglorious, irreconcilable incompatible, fake wedlock between Biafra and the British contraption called Nigeria, has turned their eye blind, earshot and mouth dumb to the distressed cry of freedom for Biafrans to leave Nigeria despite the bloody sacrifice they have offered for that.
“Eburu ozu onye ozo odi ka ebu ukwu nku“ (when another man’s corpse is carried it appears like a log of wood is carried).
Permit me to speak in tongues, and it’s not my fault if I speak in tongues because I am gifted with tongues and I speak the language of creation. After the fake and false union and marriage, Biafra has suffered and endured a monumental loss in Nigeria under the British watch.
In 1929, during the Aba women riot, our women and mothers were mowed down and killed by British bullets. I salute the bravery of the Biafran mothers of blessed memory. Mothers who gave their yesterday for their children’s tomorrow. Mother Nwanyereuwa, Ikonnia, Nwanneoha, Nwego, Mary Okezie and all the mothers who fell during that battle and after including my own mother, Nweke Onuoha, who served Biafra in the front lines during the civil war, and most recently, mother Sally Kanu, who fell after the battle of “Operation Python Dance” led by Buratai, a Fulani snake farmer, and head of the Nigerian terrorist army under Britain’s watch.
Great mothers of Biafra! Chetanne Ndigbo! Mariana Okoro, you’re still holding forth, l salute your courage. To all the fallen mothers of Biafra! I pray not for your souls to Rest In Peace! May your souls never Rest In Peace until Biafra comes. May your souls continue to fight, May your blood and voice continue to cry and speak for your children until Biafra is free, and you will rest in peace in the ‘land of the rising Sun’. Great mothers! When the roll is called up in Biafra, you will be there.
In 1949, the striking Enugu coal miners were shot and killed by the British police and soldiers. From 1967-1970, Britain with her allies riding on the back of Nigeria, carried out one of the worst genocide ever known in the history of mankind against Biafra. The Biafra genocide masterminded by the British was worse than the Hitler and German holocaust against the Jews. As if that was not enough! 49 years after the genocide, Biafra land is on siege under Britain’s watch as the Fulani terrorist herdsmen are taking over our land.
“Nwa nnunu na ete egwu na uzo, ihe na etiri ya egwu no na ohia” (a bird that’s dancing on the road, what beats the drum for her is in the bush).
The major problem of Biafra is not Nigeria but Britain behind them. According to the holy book; “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness…” If Biafra and Nigeria is let alone without the British support, Nigeria is no match and cannot stop Biafra. And they know it.
Why They Hate Us
“If somebody hates you, there’s something in you he covets” Nigeria and Britain are not against Biafra for nothing. The truth is that they’re interested in our resources. The Fulani caliphate wants power. They want to rule from the desert to the coast. The British wants resources. They want to take our mineral resources. Under the deal the British struck with the Fulani caliphate against Biafra, while the Fulani caliphate gets the protection and support of Britain to take over lands, the Fulani will serve as a gateway for the British to take the resources and pari-pasu.
“Emee Nwata ka emere ibe ya obi adi ya nma” (if you treat a child the way you treated his colleague, he will be happy)
As Trump would shout “Russia are you listening” So I shout, Britain are you listening? Please l want you to listen to my prayer; As your will was done in “Brexit“ let our will be done in “Biaexit”.
“Egbe bere, Ugo bere, ma nke si Ibe ya ebela nku kwaa ya” (let the Kite perch and let the Eagle perch but anyone that refuses the other one to perch, let his wings be broken).
We’re not asking for the moon, we’re asking for what belongs to us! We’re not asking for war because war doesn’t determine who is right but who is left. Rather, just like you asked for referendum and it was granted to you, likewise we’re asking for freedom! Let Biafra go!
Changing The Narrative
Britain you have nothing to lose but you have every thing to gain if you let Biafra go! Since your interest is in our mineral resources, you will have them in abundance and at ease. You’ll not need to stress yourself to enter through the back door or window as you’ve always done through Nigeria who are not the rightful owners of the resources you are interested in. With Biafra the real owners, the door will be open for you to have it in abundance. According to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB, the new face and voice of Biafra; Give us Biafra, we’re willing to let you have our mineral resources even free as far as you let us have our freedom.
“What is good for the goose is good for the gander” This is an English and British adage! And that means to say that; one person or situation should be treated the same way that another person or situation is treated. And if really according to Universal Declaration of Human Rights; Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion or any other status. This includes, the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression among others. If that be true and I believe its true! Then I say to Britain and the world at large! Let Biafra go.
