RE. IGBO GIRL WRITES A LETTER TO BIANCA ODUMEGWU OJUKWU, QUESTIONING HER SILENCE ON BIAFRA RESTORATION.

In response to the unscrupulous note of obloquy by the Igbo girl who claims to be a freedom fighter, Chiamaka Obieze. I feel obligated to respond to correct certain impressions because it is said that an error left unrefuted leads to intellectual immorality. Though it is not in my character to respond to scraps and do not expect her excellency, Iyom Bianca Ojukwu, in her status, to join issues with neophytes who do not know their left and right on Biafran subject and cause. However, as an ardent protagonist of Biafra, I cannot ignore any misplaced attempt to smear or violate the inviolable late Biafran leader, Dim Chukwu Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, the institution he stands for, legacies for Biafra as upheld and sustained by indefatigable Bianca Ojukwu her widow. Rather, I use this as an opportunity to correct and make facts clear on some myopic impression that may be making the round in some circles. And this is by no way dignifying the writer.
Igbo adage says ”Onye n’anoghi ebe eliri ozu n’awu obia osi na ukwu we bowa”.
The name Ojukwu and Biafra, are like the relationship between a fish and water. And it amounts to the naivety of the highest order and childlike for anyone to disassociate Ojukwu from Biafra. And the living Ojukwu we have today is Bianca Ojukwu, as she represents and upholds to the fullest everything Ojukwu fought and stood for. Therefore, questioning her stand on Biafra based on IPOB or any other group is tantamount to ”iberiberism’. And means that the person is not well informed about Biafra and who is who. She does not need to climb to the rooftop or mount Kilimanjaro to proclaim that because she has long been drinking in this pool and stream before the emergence of MASSOB and IPOB or any other Biafran freedom organization that may arise tomorrow. ”before Abraham, she was”
To criticize her or anybody for identifying with MASSOB and Uwazurike is out of place. Before IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, were MASSOB and Uwazurike. And Uwazurike’s MASSOB was a potent voice and rallying point for the agitation of Biafra. The leader of IPOB, and many of the members today are products of MASSOB. Even if Uwazurike in one way or the other may not have got it alright, he is still very relevant. He or any one identifying with him should not be discredited and deserve a measure of credit and respect for laying the foundation and structure for the present agitation for Biafra

For the so-called Igbo girl cum freedom fighter as claimed, whose only idea of freedom fighting ends on scribbling things without substantiated facts and evidence in the social media, to question Bianca’s allegiance and stand on the restoration of Biafra fall short of any sound reasoning and is uncalled for.
It could be recalled, that Raph Uwazurike and MASSOB as an organization played a vital role to accord the late Biafran leader Ojukwu, a befitting burial. After his death, Uwazurike, has built monuments and made efforts more than any other Igbo or Biafran to uphold and protect Ojukwu’s legacy. Sadly, if the idea of Biafran agitation by Amaka Obieze and her likes is to create divisions and tear apart, instead of pulling together towards one direction for its actualization, she has not started. MASSOB or IPOB, both are for the actualization of Biafra.
Who is a Biafran? and how do you know a Biafran? It’s not just one only by geographical design. And attendance to Nnamdi Kanu late parents burial is not a criterion or a yardstick to measure who is for Biafra or not. Rather a Biafran is one who will stand bold to say no to injustice without fear of intimidation or compromise. A Biafran is one who serves and willing to serve the people selflessly among others. All these, qualities Bianca Ojukwu has fulfilled and demonstrated.

If all those who parade themselves as leaders in Nigeria have the mindset of Bianca Ojukwu to serve the people, there would not be any need for agitation for Biafra, but because our people have become disillusioned and have lost hope in the collective existence in a union in which they feel increasingly excluded and isolated…Bianca Ojukwu as ta true Biafran, when she had a little opportunity to serve, distinguished herself in service to the people, setting a record as the best ever ambassador in the history of Nigerian missions and Africa in general. No ambassador has done what she did during her short tenure of a tour of duty as ambassador in Spain. And none will equal her ”till thy kingdom come”
Bianca Ojukwu is Biafra epitomized, a deity, and a sacred entity and does not need MASSOB or IPOB for her stand on Biafra to be understood. Therefore, the likes of Amaka and others who have the knack to smear the image and pulling down our good ones while ignoring the bad ones, should channel their vituperation towards the ‘Efulefu’s’, Ohaneze, and the five Fulani caliphate stooge governors in Igbo land that have sold the Biafra nation to their slave masters. And apply the brakes in matters that concern well-meaning individuals like Bianca Ojukwu, and avoid ”ije ije n’ebe ndi m’ozi n’atu egwu izonye ukwu”
