Nollywood actress, Laide Bakare is setting the record straight on her supposed remarriage to a mystery man, who she has been parading on social media as her new husband.
Taking to her Instagram page, the mother of three made it known that she is still husbandless. She stated that the man she has been making videos with is nothing but her colleague.
In a video she posted on her Instagram page, she told the media to stop calling him her husband as he is nothing more than a colleague.
She disclosed that he played the role of her husband in multiple movies, one of which is ‘Oko Laide’.
Captioning her video, she wrote; “Pls hear me out 🙏 I Beg you 🙏 I’m still husbandless o 🤣 Na movie 🎥 o.”
She continued:
“Stop it, you guys. I told you the other time that I made a video about my colleague, it was on a movie set. We played husband and w!fe, lover, it was almost like 3 movies back to back. Please he isn’t my husband, the title of the movie is ‘Oko Laide’.”
Recall that late last year, the movie star unveiled a man on her Instagram page as she talked about love, describing it as a beautiful thing as she called on her fans and lover to join them on December 2nd at Amore Garden, Lekki.
In another post, she advised her fans to have enough courage to give love another shot.
Further fueling relationship speculation, the entertainer had replied to a troll who queried her over her new relationship, after she defended her new man against false accusations.
Taking to her comment section, a troll questioned if the actress wouldn’t leave her new man because of money as she did with her second husband. Surprisingly, Laide replied him with insults as she noted how she had her own money.
